Hari Seshasayee is an advisor at the Senior Dispatch of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Panama, an Asia-Latin America expert with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and a visiting fellow at the Observer Research Foundation (ORF). Seshasayee previously worked with ProColombia, part of the Government of Colombia, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Gateway House, and AIESEC Peru. Seshasayee has also been affiliated with the Woodrow Wilson Center as a non-resident fellow. He holds a master’s degree in Latin American studies from Stanford University.
Seshasayee was a contributor to the Asia-LAC Dialogues Series.
