Gustavo Grobocopatel is an Argentine agricultural engineer and businessman. He is CEO of Grupo Los Grobo, a leading agribusiness and investment company operating in Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil, with a focus on geographical and cultural diversification, a rigorous financial discipline, and solid risk management strategy. Grobocopatel is a member of several boards and associations, including Bioceres S.A. (a biotechnology company), Escuelas del Bicentenario, Asociación Empresaria Argentina (AEA), and Endeavor Argentina. He is also president of the Agribusiness Chapter of LIDE Argentina and a member of the Economic Council of Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
Grobocopatel has received several awards, including the Prize for Excellence from América Economía; the Corporate Leadership Award by the Public Relations Professional Council of Argentina; Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young; and the Businessman of the Year award by ComunicaRSE for his contribution to Corporate Social Responsibility. Grobocopatel was also named Leading Businessman by Universidad Siglo XXI and received the Innovative CEO prize by PWC and Cronista.
