Camila Ramos has 17 years of experience in the Latin American renewable energy sector. She is CELA – Clean Energy Latin America’s founder and managing director, supporting clients in developing investment projects in renewable energy in Brazil, especially fundraising, project finance, market intelligence, policy and legal framework analysis, and M&A.
Ramos is currently a member of the Board of Directors and vice president of finance of the ABSOLAR (Brazilian PV Association), Advisory Board member of SER Energia, member of the Board of Directors of the Latin American & Caribbean Council on Renewable Energy (LAC-CORE), and of the InterAmerican Clean Energy Institute.
Prior to founding CELA, Ramos served as Brazil Country Manager and Head of Latin America Research and Analysis for Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF), responsible for the company’s operations and team in the Latin America and Caribbean region since its set up.
Ramos has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
