The performance of teachers depends on many factors, such as training, incentives,  resources, teaching career and trainers. A good teaching requires good teachers, who in turn they need good training, good management and good pay . However, often in Latin America, teachers are often badly prepared, poorly managed and poorly paid, such that is hard to perform well.
