      Autonomía escolar fue analizada en seminario de PREAL

      Los días 15 y 16 de mayo PREAL organizó, con la colaboración del Consejo Brasileño de Secretarios de Estado de Educación (CONSED), un seminario regional sobre autonomía escolar. Este tuvo lugar en la ciudad de Recife, reuniendo a 324 participantes para debatir en torno a la idea de autonomía escolar y sus experiencias prácticas. Asistieron, entre otros, dos ministros de educación latinoamericanos, representantes ministeriales de otros doce países, siete Secretarios de Estado de Educación de Brasil y representantes de la Oficina de Educación de Estados Unidos, del Banco Mundial y de otros organismos y fundaciones internacionales.
