Paola Zepeda has more than 25 years of experience with different international development organizations. Since 2009, Zepeda has worked at the International Organization for Migration (IOM) occupying different leadership positions as Head of Office of the Managua Mission, coordinating different high-impact regional projects such as the Regional Project for the Prevention of Violence against Women in CA-BA1 in alliance with the Central American Integration System (SICA) and different United Nations agencies.

She is currently the Regional Coordinator of the project “Promotion of social inclusion of migrant women in public policies in Central America and the Dominican Republic: prevention of gender-based violence.”

Zepeda has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, a Master’s in Finance from the UAM and the Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Master’s in Management from INCAE. She also studied Women’s Leadership, Gender Studies, and Communication for Development.

Zepeda was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
