Para garantizar la sostenibilidad (en Latinoamérica) hay que concentrarse en reformas estructurales. Hacen falta reformas fiscales y tomar una serie de medidas que hubo de haber tomado en los años del boom económico – ahora los líderes tendrán que hacerlo en unas circunstancias más difíciles.
