Quien está gobernando (Nicaragua) no es el partido, ni los cuadros claves. Es básicamente un pequeño círculo de poder alrededor del señor Ortega y su esposa (Rosario Murillo). Las realidades son diferentes en ese sentido: no es un PRI al estilo mexicano, sino que es un partido dominante, único, con un fuerte recurso a la represión.
