Zhang Yuer is an intern with Asia & Latin America program at the Inter-American Dialogue. She is currently an M.A. student at Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies. At SAIS, she concentrates in Latin American Studies and International Economics. Yuer is native in Chinese, fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient in Portuguese.
Xinyue (Helen) Ma is the China Research and Project Leader at the Global Development Policy Center (GDP Center) at Boston University.
Zé Liu hails from Guangzhou, China but has been in the United States since 2010. He holds a B.A. in Global Liberal Studies and Latin American Studies from New York University, and recently he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a graduate degree in City Planning.
