Gabriela Guerrero is a senior researcher for Grupo de Análisis para el Desarrollo (GRADE) in the areas of education and learning, poverty and equity, and research and evaluation methodologies for social policies and programs. Her areas of expertise are early childhood development, educational transitions, intercultural bilingual education, and school effectiveness.

Guerrero has a PhD in education from KU Leuven in Belgium and a masters in development studies with a specialization in public policy from the Institute of Social Studies in The Hague, Netherlands. Previously, she earned her bachelor’s degree in educational psychology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Guerrero was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
