Zé Liu hails from Guangzhou, China but has been in the United States since 2010. He holds a B.A. in Global Liberal Studies and Latin American Studies from New York University, and recently he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a graduate degree in City Planning. Zé is interested in building a career at the intersection of global affairs, public policy, urban planning, data, and design.
