Yasushi Noguchi is assistant minister and director general of the Latin American and Caribbean Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. He previously served as Consul-General in San Francisco and as director general for International Affairs in the Bureau of Defense Policy of Japan’s Ministry of Defense, in addition to several other posts, including across Latin America.
Noguchi was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
