Since July 2019, Xochitl Sandoval has served as director of the National Institute of Health of El Salvador, leading the institution under the motto “science, innovation, and excellence in public health.” In this role, she promotes initiatives aimed at fostering scientific research, strengthening innovation in health, and training specialists within the national health system.
Sandoval was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
