William Walters is the chief executive officer at both Salus Worldwide Solutions and Soteria Solutions. He is an experienced healthcare executive and physician with a robust background in emergency medicine and medical operations. Walters has also held leadership roles including attending emergency physician at TeamHealth and Command Surgeon for the 29th Combat Aviation Brigade. William’s extensive government experience includes positions as the deputy chief medical officer for operations and managing director of operational medicine at the U.S. Department of State, where responsibilities encompassed global healthcare management and crisis response for over 100,000 personnel.

His academic qualifications include a doctor of medicine from MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine and a master’s in business administration from Auburn University, among other degrees and certifications in medical and business disciplines.
