Will Freeman is a fellow for Latin America studies at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York and holds a PhD in politics from Princeton University.

Freeman was previously a Fulbright scholar in Peru, Colombia, and Guatemala, where he researched judiciary’s attempts to sanction grand corruption. His research and writing have appeared in Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, the Economist, the Journal of Democracy, the Washington Post, Current History, and Americas Quarterly.

Freeman was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
