Vladimir Aras

Vladimir Aras serves as a federal circuit prosecutor in Brasilia, Brazil. He is a professor of criminal procedural law and international law at the Universidade Federal da Bahia and at the Instituto Brasileiro de Ensino, Desenvolvimento e Pesquisa (IDP). Previously, Aras held the position of head of the Department of International Cooperation at the Attorney General’s Office in Brazil. Additionally, he is a member of the Associate Staff of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR). He holds a doctorate and a master’s degree in law. 

Aras was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
