Vilma Ibarra is the legal and technical secretary of the Presidency under President Alberto Fernandez of Argentina. Prior to this role, she served as a national senator and then national deputy for Buenos Aires.
Ibarra graduated from the Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires. She then studied law at the University of Buenos Aires and worked as a lawyer and attorney.
Ibarra was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
