Úrsula Luna-Victoria is director of Early Childhood Education of the Ministry of Education in Peru. She currently teaches as part of the Education and Learning Management Bachelor of the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) and is involved in different initiatives related to Peru’s National Education Project. Throughout her career, she has been part of children’s books editorial projects and is a former teacher at Colegio Trener de Monterrico.

She has a teaching degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and is a psychomotor specialist, trained in the Aucouturier psychomotor practice.

Luna-Victoria was a panelist at a Dialogue event.
