Tamar Ziff was a Program Assistant for the Peter D. Bell Rule of Law Program at the Inter-American Dialogue from 2018 to 2019 . She graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Political and Social Thought, and has worked with the New York Times in Paris, the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI) in Tel Aviv, and Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) in D.C. Tamar has lived in Israel, Peru, Venezuela, and Italy, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew.
