Steven Holmes joined the Inter-American Dialogue in 2022 as a Program Associate in the Asia and Latin America Program. He received his Master of Arts in International Relations from thr Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and graduated cum laude from Tufts University with a BA in Political Science and Environmental Studies and a minor in History.
Before joining the Dialogue, Holmes interned at Colombia Risk Analysis, a political risk consulting firm based in Bogotá, and Democracy International, a development organization that focuses on democracy and governance projects.
