Stéphanie Lavaux is vice-rector for general academic and student affairs at UNIMINUTO Colombia, where she leads, coordinates, and articulates all academic matters in the institution’s university system. Previously, Lavaux was the academic vice rector at Universidad del Rosario. Lavaux has more than 20 years of experience in higher education at the national and international levels in senior management and university management (e.g., as the director of centers, dean, and academic vice rector) and development of academic projects (e.g., as a professor and consultant).

Lavaux’s leadership is recognized in the transformation and accompaniment of educational institutions in their strategic planning, valuation and empowerment of human talent, academic offerings, scientific research, innovation and transfer, service to society and local communities, internationalization, accreditation, and results orientation, under the highest standards of integrity, quality, and orientation to change and results of the teams, with national and international recognition.

Lavaux graduated in political science and government at Sciences Po Toulouse.

Lavaux was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
