Silvia Fesquet is Clarín’s editor-in-chief and general editor of the magazine area.

Before joining Clarín in 1998, she was editor-in-Chief of Revista La Semana, deputy vice editor of Revista Luna and deputy vice editor of Revista Noticias.

She is a founding member and is part of the Board of Directors of International Women’s Forum (IWF) Argentina. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Asociación Marianne and the Alliance Française, and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Editorial Board of Women in the News Network (WINN).

She was distinguished by the International Women’s Forum Global with the “Women Who Make the Difference” award and is a jury member of the ADEPA Awards.

She has participated and lectured in congresses and seminars in Europe, the United States, Africa and Latin America on journalism, media, leadership and other topics related to women’s development.
