Former Magistrate, Constitutional Chamber of El Salvador's Supreme Court

Sidney Blanco is a former magistrate of the Constitutional Chamber of El Salvador’s Supreme Court. He also served as a criminal judge for 25 years. Blanco teaches constitutional and criminal law at the Universidad Centroamericana (UCA) in El Salvador, and was responsible for drafting several rulings on electoral issues in his country. 

Blanco was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
