Sergio Suchodolski is CEO of fama re.capital investments in Brazil. He is a senior fellow at The Dialogue’s Brazil Program and at the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI) and has served as president at Desenvolve SP (Development Bank of São Paulo), Minas Gerais Development Bank (BDMG), and the Brazilian Development Association (ABDE).
He also served as vice president of the Latin American Association of Development Financing Institutions (ALIDE). Previously, Suchodolski was director-general of Strategy and Partnerships at the New Development Bank (BRICS Bank) in Shanghai, China, as well as chief of staff to the president of the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) and vice president of Corporate Development at Arlon Capital Partners in New York. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Sustainable Amazon Foundation (FAS).
Suchodolski holds a law degree from University of Sao Paulo (USP), an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, and a master’s in international trade and economics from Sciences Po (Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris).
