Sebastián Flores is the co-founder and executive director at Fundación Comparlante, a non-profit organization promoting equality and development of persons with disabilities in Latin America.
Flores is an agent of change with visual disability who graduated in diplomacy and international affairs. He has developed his professional education focused on diplomacy, international politics, rights, democracy and citizen participation, information and communication technology as part of e-governance and digital diplomacy. He is a young role model in the global process of sustainable development, humanitarian issues from migration and human mobility, human rights, up to queries about accessibility and equality for persons with disabilities nationally, locally, and internationally.
Flores’ experience as a young leader has led him to fill key positions on projects with social impact with international organizations such as the UN, OAS, and networks to defend youth worldwide. He is a lecturer, motivator, and mentor of TEDx, a role that is combined with his work as a delegate on international summits and as a co-founder of Comparlante.
