Sara Vera López is the Latin America and monitoring advisor at the Association for the Prevention of Torture (APT). She is a Mexican lawyer with a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Governance, with more than 8 years of professional experience working on issues related to the right of access to criminal justice, prison justice, and the prevention of torture, from a non-discrimination approach, through research, litigation and capacity building.

López was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
