Sandra Mikan is a Colombian ambassador with more than 25 years of experience in foreign service affairs. Mikan’s experiences with multilateral institutions include the OAS and the United Nations agencies in Vienna. In the Colombian Foreign Affairs Ministry, Mikan has served as the advisor and coordinator in initiatives regarding international cooperation, maritime affairs, and cultural and security affairs, among others. 

Mikan is a social communicator and journalist from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. Additionally, Mikan has a master’s degree in analysis of economic, political, and international issues, and a degree in culture and foreign policy.  

Mikan was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
