Rut Velásquez is the Financial Education Coordinator for the Inter-American Dialogue’s Guatemala office working with the Migration, Remittances, and Development Program since 2016. Prior to joining the Dialogue, Velásquez worked as consultant on various Social Development projects. Velásquez holds a BA in International Relations in addition to two Masters’ Degrees in Human Resources and Community Counseling.
