Rubén Mancha

Mexico | Associate Professor & Faculty Director, Babson College

Rubén Mancha is associate professor of information systems in the Operations and Information Management Division at Babson College and faculty director of the Digital Transformation Initiative.

His work focuses on digital transformation and business responsibility. Mancha’s research has appeared in journals including MIS Quarterly Executive, Decision Support Systems, Journal of Business Strategy, Information Technology & People, Social Responsibility Journal, Michigan Technology Law Review, Entrepreneurship Education and Pedagogy, and Communications of the Association of Information Systems.

He teaches technology and information management courses at Babson’s F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business, leads executive education courses on digital transformation, and advises digital startups and firms undergoing digital transformation.

Before completing his doctoral studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio, Mancha held consulting and research positions in the food and biotechnology industries in Spain and the United States.

Mancha was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
