Roger Salhuana is currently a manager at Atipay Innovación para la Gestión in Peru. He has over 20 years of experience in policy and public management, including as a civil servant within the Ministry of Economy and Finance, where he led the introduction and implementation of the policy Presupuesto por Resultados from 2004-2011 and as a technical advisor for the redesign of the approach between 2018-2020.
As a consultant, he has directly supported the implementation of the Gestión por Resultados in Guatemala and the Dominican Republic and has led numerous projects applying this logic to the design, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of interventions across topics of a diverse nature, such as early childhood development, violence against women, deforestation, biological diversity, and climate change, among others.
Salhuana holds a master’s degree in public administration from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University.
