Raimundo Larraín is head of the education division of the Ministry of Education in Chile. Additionally, Larraín is a co-founder and executive director of Impulso Docente in Chile. Larraín has worked as a professor of biology at the Américo Vespucio de Peñalolén Educational Center and as director of teaching leadership at Teach For All.

Larraín is a biochemistry graduate from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds a master’s degree in international educational development from the Teachers College of Columbia University.
