Paulina Ortega

Former Communications Coordinator, Migration, Remittances & Development,

Paulina Ortega joined the Inter-American Dialogue in 2018 and was a Communications Coordinator with the Migration, Remittances and Development Program.

Prior to joining the Dialogue, Paulina worked for the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID). Paulina has studied and interned in Colombia and France. She speaks Spanish, English and French.

Paulina earned a BA in International Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, and a MS in Foreign Service with a concentration in international development from Georgetown University. She also holds a certificate in Refugees and Humanitarian Crises from the Institute for the Study of International Migration at Georgetown University.
