Paulina Nazal Aranda

Paulina Nazal is director of ProAmérica, an international consulting company that provides support to Latin American enterprises in their internationalization process. In October 2017, she was appointed director general of international economic relations (vice minister of foreign trade). Nazal was previously director of multilateral economic affairs; head of the market access department leading negotiations for free trade agreements with several Asian economies and plurilateral initiatives such as the Pacific Alliance and the Transpacific Partnership (TPP); and head of the North America department at DIRECON. She also previously worked as an economic and financial analyst for Latin America at Lehman Brothers Investment Bank in New York, and from 2001 to 2004 as a consultant for Central America at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, DC.

Nazal was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
