Pablo Hurtado is a Guatemalan lawyer, consultant, and executive secretary of the Asociación de Investigación y Estudios Sociales (ASIES). With training and research experience on human rights in Central America, Hurtado has authored numerous publications on themes such as human rights and constitutional law, and is also a professor of judicial studies at the Universidad Rafael Landívar.

Hurtado was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
