Pablo Bartol is the social and human development manager at CAF – Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, Bartol was Uruguay’s minister of social development, executive director of the Los Pinos Foundation, and a professor in the business school of the University of Uruguay. 

Bartol has a bachelor’s degree in international relations and a master’s in business administration and organizational government from the University of Montevideo and the University of Navarra, respectively. 

Bartol is an ambassador of connectivity for educational purposes at the Dialogue.
