Nyan Gadsby-Dolly  is the current minister of Education and member of Parliament for St. Ann’s East. Prior to this role, she was an educator at St. Francois Girls’ College and a senior lecturer at the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago. She was first elected as a member of Parliament in 2015, and she also served as minister of Community Development, Culture and the Arts from 2015 to 2020.
