Noe Garcia is managing partner at Forward Global, where he leads the firm’s government relations practice.

He is an advocacy and communications executive based in Washington D.C., and advises domestic and international clients on trade, immigration, and finance. Garcia has more than two decades of government experience, including service at the White House and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He also served as counsel to two treasury secretaries and to a U.S. Senate majority leader. For four consecutive years, he has been named one of Washington’s top lobbyists.
