Noah Massillon was an intern with the Peter D. Bell Dialogue’s Rule of Law Program for the Summer 2021 term. He is a senior pursuing a B.A. in Politics at Pomona College. He is interested in prison reform, policing, restorative justice, and the application of international human rights in Western judicial practice and is considering a law degree in the future. Prior to interning at the Dialogue, he interned under the political officer for Human Rights, Labor, and Multilateral Affairs at the US Embassy in El Salvador where he discovered his interest in rule of law. Massillon was born in Queens, New York.
