Nicole Garay is a nurse with a master’s degree in infant mental health. Garay is an international consultant and has postgraduate training in research, child health, and teaching.

For nearly 13 years, Garay worked as an academic at the school of nursing of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where she was in charge of academic management, teaching, and research. During her career, she has worked in the area of child health in the context of primary care, child development, breastfeeding, and infant massage.
