Néstor Arce Aburto is director and multimedia producer at Divergentes. He has previously worked on sound and audiovisual production and in content management for different media organizations in Nicaragua. He taught classes on digital communication at the Universidad Centroamericana (2015-2020) and is a winner of the Pedro Joaquín Chamorro Award for Journalistic Excellence (2013, 2020, 2021) and finalist at the Latin American Investigative Journalism Conference (Colpin) 2019. 

Arce was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
