Named one of the 500 Most Influential People in Latin America by Bloomberg Línea, Natalia Paiva is the founding partner of Alandar, a consulting firm specialized in internet regulation, advising clients on issues such as connectivity, AI governance, and social media regulation. Natalia also leads MOVER — a coalition of over 50 CEOs advancing racial equity in Brazil’s private sector.

Natalia brings over 15 years of experience in public policy and strategic communications, with leadership roles at Meta, McKinsey & Company, and the non-profit Transparência Brasil. Earlier in her career, she worked as a journalist at Folha de S.Paulo, Brazil’s leading newspaper. Before founding Alandar and taking the helm at MOVER, she created and led Instagram’s public policy strategy for Latin America for nearly five years.

She holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid and a master’s degree in communications from PUC-SP. Natalia serves on the boards of InternetLab, a digital rights think tank, and Transparência Brasil.

She is also a published children’s book author, with more than 35,000 copies sold across her three picture books.
