Mónica López Baltodano

Activist, Articulación de Movimientos Sociales

Mónica López Baltodano is a lawyer and political scientist with more than 10 years of experience working with environmental and human rights organizations. She serves in a leadership capacity with the organization “Articulación de Movimientos Sociales y Sociedad Civil,” as well as the International Relations Commission of National Blue and White Unity (UNAB). López Baltodano graduated Summa Cum Laude in Economic Law from the University of Central America (UCA, Nicaragua). She holds a Master’s in Political Studies from the Instituto Universitario de Investigación “Ortega y Gasset”, FIAPP and GOBERNA América Latina de España. She is the author and editor of numerous publications on political economy, political theory and history.

López was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
