Monica Gasca Rojas is the Energy Advisor for the Minister of Energy and Mining of Colombia. She is charge of leading key strategies for the energy transition of Colombia such as the Energy Transformation Mission which aims to establish the roadmap for the modernization of electricity and gas sectors, as well as the Geothermal Initiative and the Hydrogen Roadmap.

She is an Economist and Magister in Public Policy Economics from Universidad del Rosario. Gasca Rojas has more than seven years of experience analyzing and developing regulation and public policies related to renewable energy and energy transition.

Gasca Rojas was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
