Molly McCoy

Molly McCoy has served as associate deputy undersecretary for international affairs at the US Department of Labor (USDOL) since November, 2021.

Prior to this appointment, McCoy was policy director at the Solidarity Center where she developed and led congressional outreach on international worker and human rights issues. Prior to this position, she was regional program director for the Americas at the Center. McCoy was also a research officer at the International Trade Union Confederation where she produced economic policy research, writing, and training on global development, labor, and finance issues for union leaders in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

McCoy received her master’s in economic and political development from Columbia University, as well as a master’s in international relations from Sciences Po. She also holds a BA in sociology from Barnard College.

McCoy was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
