Pallecer is the director and CEO of Nómada. He is Guatemalan, perseverant and happy. He began his career in journalism in 2001 in letters to the editor. In 2011 he founded Plaza Pública for the URL, and in 2014, Nómada. He was a finalist for the FNPI prize in 2013 and 2017. He won the national prize for journalism in 2004 and 2017. He is a polyglot and a feminist.
