Mariángeles Delgado

Mariángeles Delgado is a Nicaraguan feminist, architect with 17 years of work experience in the area of design, coordination, and construction, human rights defender, and independent activist. Delgado has collaborated in various civil society organizations since 2010. She was part of the Unidad Nacional Azul y Blanco (UNAB), a coalition of social and political movements in Nicaragua. She was also a member of Hagamos Democracia Nicaragua (until its closure) and is an active member of Hagamos Democracia Costa Rica. A founding member of the Sé Humano campaign since September 2021, Delgado has also been exiled from Nicaragua since July 2021.

Delgado was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
