Maria Smith is a recent graduate of Dickinson College with a degree in Spanish and Portuguese Studies; Hispanic Studies concentration, and Latin American, Latinx, and Caribbean Studies. Post-graduation, Maria plans to move to Spain to be an English teaching assistant in a primary school in Andalucía for the 2022-2023 academic year. In the Fall of 2023, Maria will be attending graduate school at Rutgers University to pursue a Ph.D. in Spanish Literature and Culture.
