María Paula Ruge has over 10 years of experience managing social projects with international, multilateral, and public organizations. She possesses expertise in human rights, particularly regarding children, adolescents, and women in the ICT sector. She has experience developing social strategies and projects, as well as analyzing and designing public policies and partnerships to achieve objectives.

She holds a degree in psychology from the University of the Andes and a master’s degree in public policy from the same university.
