Maria Fernanda Teixeira is a Brazilian businesswoman with over thirty years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, she was president of First Data Brazil and chief operating officer of First Data Latin America (2009-2015). Teixeira began her career at General Motors Brazil, where she worked for ten years in various IT management positions before moving to Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where she served as COO for Latin America, and the ICT Group, where she served as President for Latin America from 2007-2009. She is the chief executive officer of Integrow Beyond Numbers and founding president of the Group of Executive Women of São Paulo.
Teixeira is involved in a number of organizations dedicated to women in business, both in Brazil and internationally. She is the founding president of the Group of Executive Women of São Paulo, with over 300 members. She also serves on AMCHAM-Brazil and the Mulheres do Brasil committee, created by former president Dilma Rousseff, and previously served on the World Bank’s Advisory Council on Gender and Development.
Teixeira joined the Dialogue as a Member in 2016. She currently serves as a member of the Dialogue’s Board of Directors.
