María Ángela Holguín served as the foreign minister of Colombia from 2010 to 2018 under President Juan Manuel Santos. She previously served as Colombia’s representative to CAF – Development Bank of Latin America, permanent representative of Colombia to the United Nations, and as ambassador of Colombia to Venezuela.
Holguín joined the Dialogue as a Member in 2018.
